Alongside Fusion’s more customary marketing events, we also organise and manage press launches. A press launch is an intriguing thing; usually consisting of vast multiples of the new model, all perfectly presented for the motoring press to pore over, drive and review. Renault asked Fusion to do something a little different. With various new models across all three of Groupe Renault’s brands, a collective ‘Range Press Launch’ was developed, to allow members of the press to experience all vehicles in one convenient location.
As well as a fleet of 18 different models, we hosted a presentation from Renault’s PR team, offered luxury accommodation on-site and varied test drive routes, designed to extol the specific virtues of the cars and vans. We also offered on-site charging for electric vehicles, and a full valeting service.
The event was a great success, with each guest driving more than 4 cars on average.
